In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating retail order fulfillment, ensuring smooth delivery from our warehouse partners to stores and distribution centers and managing inventory accuracy.\nYou will collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support a seamless customer experience.If you're a strong communicator with a passion for logistics, enjoy solving operational challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you!\nAs a Logistics Coordinator, you will:\nSend Retail Store Replenishment purchase orders to the warehouse partners for fulfillment and coordinate relabeling of inventory to meet retail needs.\nSchedule and track transportation of POs from warehouse to Distribution Centers, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries\nMaintain accurate inventory records for all products at the DCs by coordinating inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring the order management system is up to date\nSupport the day-to-day execution of logistics for retail stores, including responding to escalations and identifying process improvements.\nAssist with new store openings operationally and ensure all requirements are delivered on time.\nManage the logistics for planned warehouse sales including setup and teardown.\nMonitor the flow of White Glove orders across systems to ensure timely fulfillment, including tracking exchange orders created by the Customer Service team.\nTroubleshoot fulfillment issues, such as shipping delays, inventory shortages, or labeling errors, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and warehouse partners.\nAct as a key point of contact for store managers and Distribution Center teams regarding inventory inquiries and replenishment updates.\nManage and process Retail and Partner Dropship orders, ensuring accurate transmission to warehouse partners and resolving any fulfillment issues to support timely and accurate delivery.\nMaintain data accuracy across systems, ensuring that inventory, order, and shipment data are consistently reflected in internal tools and platforms.\nConnect with and onboard potential carrier partners ensuring SLAs are met while reducing operational costs.\nProcess and manage inventory transfers between 3PLs and DCs ensuring inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Customer Service, and Retail Operations to align on fulfillment priorities, inventory needs, and operational updates.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows or automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. \nThe Qualifications and Experience we like to see:\n1-3 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role, preferably in e-commerce (transportation, distribution, warehousing, or operational experience considered an asset)\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.\nExperience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers.\nProficient with browser- and mobile-based tools, especially Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills; comfortable making independent decisions when needed.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.\nComfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player.\nWhy our team members enjoy working at Silk & Snow:\nWe prioritize diversity and inclusivity in our company culture\nGrowth opportunities with an emphasis on hiring from within\nYou will be exposed to a streamlined training process and receive guidance and support that will set you up for success during and after training\nYou can access our LifeSpeak learning platform with lots of free courses taught by experts to support your personal and professional development\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, which includes but is not limited to medical, dental, and vision. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually.
