In this role you will support stores across Silk & Snow, Casper, and Endy, helping ensure consistent operational execution and support. As this role supports stores across Canada, including Quebec, professional fluency in both English and French is required.\nIn this Role You Will:\nAct as the primary contact for daily operational inquiries from assigned stores in both English and French\nCoordinate with various internal teams (CX, IT, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, etc.) to action store-level needs\nCommunicate promotional details, signage plans, product launches, and operational updates to stores and follow up to ensure timelines are met\nSupport store openings and product launches by organizing and validating in-store execution, including signage, layouts, merchandising, and operational readiness\nTravel to stores across Canada to support store set-ups, openings, visits, audits, and other retail initiatives as required\nCollect photos and audits from store teams and review them for compliance with brand standards, providing feedback and coaching when needed\nTrack replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU’d item restocks (e.g., shopping bags, stickers, footpads)\nMonitor adherence to SOPs, manage checklists, and flag deviations or opportunities to the Manager of Retail Operations\nRedirect operational issues or inquiries to the appropriate team and follow through until resolution\nGather and represent store feedback internally, helping advocate for store needs and identify practical solutions\nHelp develop and optimize Retail Operations processes, SOPs, tools, and resources\nSupport consistent operational standards and execution across Silk & Snow, Casper, and Endy\nWho You Are:\nUniversity Degree/College Diploma\n1-3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, project management, or a similar role; experience in a multi-store environment is a plus\nFluent in both English and French, written and spoken communication skills\nDetail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSkilled at relationship building and cross-functional coordination\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while following through on execution\nComfortable communicating with, supporting, and providing feedback to store teams\nProficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs\nFamiliarity with project management tools, Shopify, STORIS, and Fulfill.io is a plus\nAble and willing to travel within Canada for store openings, set-ups, and store visits as required\nFlexible to occasionally support retail launches or store needs outside of regular business hours\nWhy our team members enjoy working at Silk & Snow:\nWe prioritize diversity and inclusivity in our company culture\nGrowth opportunities with an emphasis on hiring from within\nYou will be exposed to a streamlined training process and receive guidance and support that will set you up for success during and after training\nYou can access our learning platform with lots of free courses taught by experts to support your personal and professional development\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, which includes but is not limited to medical, dental, and vision. \nEmployee discount on all products and a free mattress and bedding set offered upon completion of the probationary period\nMake a meaningful impact on our customers' sleep habits, contributing to their overall well-being\nWe foster a healthy work-life balance with our company's supportive environment\nThis is not just a job but a CAREER with potential opportunities for growth and advancement\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually.
