You’re someone who thrives on retail excellence, loves cross-functional problem-solving, and enjoys being hands-on, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.\nThis is a hybrid position with work arrangements based out of our Toronto Midtown (250 Bowie Avenue) and Downtown (60 Adelaide Street East) Offices.\nIn this role you will:\nThe Retail Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Retail Operations and serve as the key point of contact for Silk & Snow stores, supporting operations, launches, and general maintenance.\nAct as the primary contact for daily operational inquiries from assigned stores\nCoordinate with various internal teams (CX, IT, supply chain, visual merchandising, etc.) to action store-level needs\nCommunicate promotional details, signage plans, and launch information to stores and follow up to ensure timelines are met\nSupport store openings and product launches by organizing and validating in-store execution (e.g., signage, layouts, merchandising)\nCollect photos/audits from store teams and review them for compliance with brand standards, providing feedback when needed\nTrack replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU item restocks (e.g., shopping bags, stickers, footpads)\nMonitor adherence to SOPs, manage checklists, and flag deviations to the Manager of Retail Operations\nRedirect operational issues or inquiries to the appropriate team and follow through until resolution\nGather field feedback to help optimize processes, improve launch execution, and inform larger strategic decisions\nThe Qualifications and Experience we like to see:\n1-3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or project management (experience in a retail network or multi-store environment is a plus)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDetail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSkilled at relationship building and cross-functional coordination\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while following through on execution\nProficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs\nFamiliarity with project management tools and Shopify/Storis & Fulfil.io is a plus\nTravel required nationally for store-set-up\nWhy our team members enjoy working at Silk & Snow:\nWe prioritize diversity and inclusivity in our company culture\nGrowth opportunities with an emphasis on hiring from within\nYou will be exposed to a streamlined training process and receive guidance and support that will set you up for success during and after training\nYou can access our learning platform with lots of free courses taught by experts to support your personal and professional development\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, which includes but is not limited to medical, dental, and vision. \nEmployee discount on all products and a free mattress and bedding set offered upon completion of the probationary period\nMake a meaningful impact on our customers' sleep habits, contributing to their overall well-being\nWe foster a healthy work-life balance with our company's supportive environment\nThis is not just a job but a CAREER with potential opportunities for growth and advancement\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually.
