Delivery Driver Responsibilities - Non CDL
As a Delivery Driver at Silkway Express, you'll start and end your day at our warehouse location (DDC4, Sterling, VA), where you'll load up and head out on your route. A typical day includes:
- Report to the warehouse for morning load-out and vehicle assignment
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle with packages scheduled for delivery
- Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route safely and efficiently
- Complete all deliveries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while on delivery routes
- Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day check-in
- Report any route, vehicle, or delivery issues to management promptly

Non CDL Delivery Driver Requirements
We're looking for dependable Drivers - no CDL required, no prior delivery experience necessary. Here's what you'll need:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non CDL Driver welcome)
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse and delivery team
- Strong time management and a customer-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Delivery Driver - No CDL Required | Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus but not required.
