- Responsible for checking, providing and maintaining every item that will be sent or received.
- Maintain the security of all goods stored in the warehouse (from damage or loss) by carrying out detailed records and storing them in accordance with the character and usage cycle of the goods.
- Carry out routine checks on goods in the warehouse to find out expiry dates, damaged, broken, dented goods, etc.
- Record reductions and additions to stock on the stock card, replace stock cards that have run out (full), place cards next to items.
- Process all requests for goods in accordance with procedures, especially empty or CITO goods.
- Make periodic reports containing expired, damaged, dented goods, goods in Have minimum stock, etc. to superiors for follow up.
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.

- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking, asset management, and documentation.
- Preferably those who have Have minimum 2 years experience as warehouse/logistics staff.
- Bachelor (S1) from any related major
