Understanding of Human Capital processes, including recruitment, employee administration, contract management, and HRIS, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in process automation and digitalization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related major.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and capable of using complex formulas.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
