Procurement Department Head

• Organize, plan and ensure the purchase of medicines, consumables and general hospital goods. Analyze and evaluate cooperation agreements with third parties in terms of providing goods/services including equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for procuring and controlling the use of goods needed in the Hospital including coordinating with Head Office Procurement regarding CAPEX purchases as well as providing the necessary solutions if discrepancies occur in the field
• Ensure the selection of the best vendors (outside of those determined or determined by the Head Office) so that the quality, price and service provided are maintained
• Prepare monthly reports related to general goods inventory every month, evaluate collaboration programs and service contracts with third parties
• Collect data, analyze and determine prices related to medicines, consumables and general goods needed in hospitals
• Propose and develop initiatives and innovations and regularly ensure that work and development programs in the department run according to targets that have been determined by Hospital management
• Build trust and develop good working relationships with external parties and internal parties (other departments in the Hospital and Head Office) to achieve smooth operations
• Bachelor/ Master Degree from Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or any related major
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor relations.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
• Have minimum 5 years work experience in the same fields
• Strong problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges, resolve disputes, and improve procurement processes.
