Our vision is to help customers achieve their most challenging goals by unifying innovation, integrity, and exemplary services and products.\nLocation:\nRemote\nEssential Role and Responsibilities\nResponsible for the email platform acting as the Subject Matter Expert by managing operations (i.e. inbox deliverability, data feeds, mobile metrics) and experience in SFMC products such as AMPscript, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Web Studio, Automation Studio & Journey Builder.\nEssential Duties\nAssist in contributing to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution architecture and recommendations.\nComplete technical production and deployment activities including but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\nExecute the day-to-day email operations to ensure all steps related to email campaigns have been completed with accuracy and timeliness.\nWork with Salesforce, support vendors and internal technical staff to troubleshoot and apply new features, upgrades and patches.\nPerform Administrator functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc.\nAssist with REST/SOAP API implementation and system integrations.\nQualifications\nEDUCATION\nBachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology.\nEXPERIENCE\n3 + years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and its capabilities in relationship to Salesforce.\nAbility to make decisions and exercise good judgment in a complex and rapidly changing environment.\nIn depth knowledge and experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud\nModerate to advanced knowledge and expertise with Intelligence Reports (automation, dashboards, pivot tables, queries) and all aspects of Mobile Studio\nIn depth knowledge of journey builder (entry sources, activities, messages, flow control, customer updates, and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud activities), publication and suppression lists, attribute groups, and data views. \nGeneral understanding of Litmus and its core capabilities\nIn depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud connector (synchronized data sources, Sales & Service Cloud marketing app familiarity (Reports and Object knowledge))\nIn depth knowledge of SQL, Data Views, and experience leveraging them in Automation Studio / Query Studio to evaluate transactional data.LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator\nSalesforce Certified Administrator\nSalesforce Platform Developer I (preferred)\nACTIVE CLEARANCE\nN/A\nSkills, Knowledge, and Competencies\nCommunication skills - able to communicate in a clear, articulate, and professional manner on a daily basis via written and oral communications with customer contracting representatives, Silotech employees, and subcontract/teaming partner contracting organizations.\nInterpersonal and Customer Relations skills - able to maintain a professional and courteous attitude with employees and third-party individuals at all times to resolve conflicts and address any issues within the contractual structure and regulations.\nPlanning/Organizational skills - able to prioritize work activities, use time efficiently and work through projects in a self-motivated manner balancing efforts between contracts, vendor agreements, and pricing requests. \nAdaptability - able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.\nProblem-solving skills - able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; able to apply independent judgment on a regular basis in making decisions.\nTime Management skills: able to use time effectively in a semi-supervised fashion, pursuing other activities when regular duties have reduced in volume; able to complete projects in a timely manner. Will work with occasional supervision over repetitive tasks.
