environment, is comfortable building, improving, and scaling processes and systems, and prefers a collaborative and proactive approach.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Management & Reporting\nLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including personally executing key accounting and close responsibilities as needed, while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with GAAP standards.\nPrepare financial reports, performance metrics, and operational insights for leadership review and decision-making.\nStrengthen and maintain financial controls, accounting processes, and reporting procedures.\nCoordinate with external auditors, tax partners, and regulatory entities to support compliance requirements.\nBudgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning\nLead company budgeting and forecasting initiatives in partnership with department leaders.\nProvide ongoing forecast updates, financial analysis, and variance reporting to monitor business performance.\nSupport financial planning, scenario analysis, and operational modeling for business initiatives and growth opportunities.\nOperational & Strategic Finance\nPartner closely with leadership to evaluate pricing strategies, profitability, operational performance, and financial efficiency across the business.\nDevelop practical financial models and analyses to support decision-making related to investments, operational improvements, and business growth.\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting workflows, automation, and overall scalability.\nCash Flow & Risk Management\nOversee cash flow management, working capital planning, and overall financial health of the organization.\nMonitor financial and operational risks while supporting appropriate controls, coverage, and mitigation strategies.\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead, mentor, cultivate, and develop accounting and finance team members through coaching and process improvement.\nDrive the accounting and finance team toward company objectives, ensuring accountability and strong execution.\nHelp build a scalable, collaborative, and high-performing finance support.\nThis is a full-time, onsite employment opportunity in Hollywood, Florida.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nCPA or CMA preferred.\n7+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a senior finance or equivalent role.\nStrong foundation in accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, GAAP, and overall business performance management.\nPreferred\nExperience operating at a senior Controller or equivalent level in a growing company environment, with hands-on ownership of accounting operations, financial reporting, financial close, and overall financial management.\nExperience working within a venture or holding group, or with multiple entities, is a plus.\nProficiency with ERP/accounting systems (Xero, Ramp, Rippling, Intacct, Quickbooks).\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills.\nDemonstrated ability to partner with other teams (e.g., HR operations, etc.) to improve financial reporting, project costing, and system automation\nExperience leading or supporting financial system upgrades, integrations, or automation projects (e.g., integrating accounting software with CRM or PSA
