locations.\n\nIdentify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.\n\nWork closely with leadership and the internal team to align marketing activities with company goals.\n\nSocial Media & Content\nManage and coordinate content across key social media platforms.\n\nDevelop monthly content plans and coordinate photos, updates, and other materials with the team.\n\nWrite and edit copy for social media, website content, marketing materials, and newsletters, with support and input from the team.\n\nCreate and adapt marketing materials using Canva.\n\nDigital Marketing\nCoordinate with Meta Ads and Google Ads specialists on ongoing campaigns.\n\nUnderstand campaign structure, targeting, budgets, key metrics, and lead-generation goals.\n\nMonitor campaign performance and lead activity together with external specialists.\n\nReview results, ask relevant questions, and help identify opportunities for campaign improvement.\n\nSupport lead tracking and coordination between advertising campaigns and other marketing channels.\n\nCanva & Marketing Materials\nCreate and adapt day-to-day marketing materials in Canva in line with the company’s visual identity.\n\nDevelop simple visuals for social media, newsletters, events, ads, internal needs, and local marketing activities.\n\nAdapt existing templates, photos, formats, and content for different channels and purposes.\n\nPrepare basic print materials such as flyers, ads, informational materials, and other promotional pieces.\n\nCoordinate with professional designers when more complex visuals or materials are needed.\n\nEnsure marketing materials are visually consistent, clear, and aligned with the brand.\n\nWebsite & External Partners\nCoordinate website updates with the web development team and help keep information current.\n\nCommunicate and coordinate projects with designers, developers, advertising specialists, and other external partners.\n\nCommunity & Local Marketing\nMaintain and develop relationships with relevant community partners.\n\nCoordinate with local publications and media in the Greater Indianapolis area when needed.\n\nSupport local marketing, partnership, and community outreach opportunities.\n\nNew Location Support\nSupport marketing for new locations as the organization expands.\n\nCoordinate communications related to new openings, waitlists, availability, and other pre-opening marketing initiatives.\n\nWork Environment\nThis is a hybrid position based in Belgrade, Serbia, combining office and remote work:\nMonday-Wednesday: Work from the office in Knez Mihailova, Belgrade\n\nThursday-Friday: Work remotely from
