generation expertise while gaining practical experience across the wider marketing and business development process, working with international clients and modern tools.\nYou will be based in EuroDev’s modern office in central Belgrade, working alongside colleagues from over 25 nationalities in an open, ambitious, and collaborative environment.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nResearch and identify relevant B2B companies and decision-makers for North American clients expanding into Europe.\nAssess and qualify companies and contacts based on target profiles, company fit, and client requirements.\nReview, clean, validate, and enrich lead data to ensure its accuracy and quality.\nBuild, maintain, and continuously improve lead databases in relevant CRM systems.\nDocument qualification decisions and maintain accurate lead statuses.\nUse lead generation, CRM, automation, and AI tools to improve research quality and efficiency.\nSupport digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, content preparation, website updates, and campaign execution.\nConnect lead generation activities with broader marketing and business development objectives.\nExplore opportunities to automate and improve lead generation and qualification processes.\nContinuously develop your knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing, AI, and European markets.\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Information, Organisational Sciences, International or Digital Marketing, International Business, Marketing Analytics, Informatics, or a related field.\nYou have approximately one year of relevant experience in lead generation, marketing research, data management, sales support, digital marketing, or a related area.\nYou have strong English communication skills and feel comfortable working in an international environment.\nYou are curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of business and customer data.\nYou have a strong interest in digitalisation, automation, and AI.\nYou are interested in understanding the broader marketing and business development process.\nYou can manage different priorities and contribute to multiple client projects.\nYou are eager to learn, take ownership, and develop your skills in an international environment.\nExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
