Ruby on Rails\nBackground in software development or computer science \nHands-on experience with production applications \nAbility to take ownership of project components and ensure timely delivery \nInterest in keeping up with the latest software development trends \nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns \nProven experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests \nExperience working with international clients \nAbility to understand business needs and focus on delivering value to clients \nExcellent written and spoken English skills \nNice-to-have: Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks \nA strong drive for continuous improvement and writing high-quality code \nExperience in mentoring team members and assisting with
