candidates\nMaintain and regularly update the candidate database, tracking hired and rejected applicants\nPerform candidate profiling and propose hiring or training recommendations\nConduct onboarding interviews, exit interviews, and analyze reasons for employment termination\nProvide feedback and suggestions to improve the candidate experience\nMonitor recruitment KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports\nActively research the labor market within the BPO industry and keep up with competitor practices\nPropose improvements and innovations in recruitment processes based on market trends\nDevelop and implement employer branding initiatives through recruitment efforts\nBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates via LinkedIn and other professional platforms\nCollaborate with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and define job requirementsAnalyze information about new clients to tailor the recruitment approach accordingly\nEnsure all recruitment activities comply with internal procedures and labor regulations\nAssist in training and mentoring junior recruiters\nReport directly to the Recruitment Manager and/or HR Manager\nRequirements:\nUniversity degree (Level VII or equivalent)\nMinimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and candidate selection\nAdvanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)\nStrong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nExperience in conducting interviews, writing reports, and managing recruitment tools\nExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills\nProactive and
