You will play a key role in developing strategic supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and securing material availability to support production and business requirements.\nThis position offers an opportunity to combine strategic sourcing and contract negotiation with hands-on operational procurement, while contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the full subcontractor lifecycle, from supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and onboarding to performance monitoring and relationship management.\nPlan and conduct supplier audits, assess manufacturing capabilities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive corrective actions where needed.\nDefine and monitor supplier performance KPIs, manage supply chain risks, and address issues related to quality, delivery reliability, capacity, and material availability.\nLead strategic sourcing activities and negotiate commercial terms, framework agreements, and long-term contracts with key suppliers and subcontractors.\nManage operational procurement, including purchase orders, delivery follow-up, material availability, and resolution of supplier-related issues in line with production requirements.\nCollaborate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain accurate supplier and procurement data in ERP/MRP systems and continuously improve sourcing workflows, supplier evaluation procedures, and procurement processes.\nRepresent procurement in internal reviews and supplier audits, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and support the development of procurement capabilities, with the potential to grow into a team leadership role.\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.\nAt least 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the aerospace industry or another regulated manufacturing environment.\nProven experience in subcontractor or supplier selection, qualification, performance management, and auditing.\nHands-on experience with operational procurement, purchase order management, order follow-up, and material availability planning.\nStrong working knowledge of AS9100/AS9120 standards and supplier qualification and audit practices.\nExperience in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and managing long-term supplier agreements.\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and procurement process improvement.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T, particularly in machining and special manufacturing processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining and monitoring supplier performance KPIs.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nFluency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.\nThe following qualifications will be considered an advantage:\nExperience in the aerospace or aviation industry.\nFamiliarity with EASA Part 21G, Part 21J, and Part 145 requirements, including Form 1 documentation, delegated authority, and right-of-access provisions.\nKnowledge of supplier quality processes such as SCAR, 8D, APQP, PPAP, and First Article Inspection (FAI).\nExperience with quality assurance agreements, regulatory documentation, and supplier compliance requirements.\nAwareness of emerging aviation safety and information security requirements, including Part-IS.\nPrevious team leadership experience or the
