Load materials onto machines and monitor material supply throughout the production process.\nSet up machines according to production requirements, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.\nAssist maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks, cleaning equipment, and conducting minor repairs as needed.\nOptimize machine performance, minimize waste, and maximize production output while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.\nAdhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.\nMaintain production records, log equipment downtime, report quality issues, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.\nMaintain 5S principles and ensure optimal area cleanliness and housekeeping standards are consistently met to uphold a safe and organized work environment.\nComplete daily housekeeping assignments to maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to continuous safety and quality improvement efforts.\nFood Safety\nResponsible and required to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues; and empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work.
