changes, and best practices — particularly across TikTok, Meta, and Google ecosystems.\n\nSupport in content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms when required, ensuring consistency with campaign calendars.\n\nHandle ad hoc tasks and cross-functional projects as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet evolving business needs.\n\nRequirements\n\nPossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.\n\nMinimum one year of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.\n\nGood understanding of paid media fundamentals, digital funnels, and performance measurement.\n\nProven experience running live ad campaigns with measurable results.\n\nGood analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights.\n\nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.\n\nStrong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.\n\nFresh graduates with a keen interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn are encouraged to
