Remote candidates will be considered. Travel to Silverado communities and business locations will be required as needed.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nPartner with leaders across Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done.\n\nObserve workflows firsthand, map current processes, and identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nLead initiatives through Silverado's improvement process: Discover → Diagnose → Prioritize → Design → Pilot → Validate → Scale.\n\nBuild and manage a portfolio of high-impact business improvement opportunities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and productivity tools to reduce administrative burden and improve employee effectiveness.\n\nResearch, pilot, and implement practical AI solutions that can be incorporated into everyday workflows.\n\nDesign adoption strategies, training resources, and implementation plans that drive sustainable results.\n\nServe as an internal AI subject matter expert and trusted advisor.\n\nFacilitate workshops and working sessions to uncover innovation opportunities and gain stakeholder alignment.\n\nBuild trust with frontline employees and leaders to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.\n\nMeasure outcomes, track business impact, and continuously optimize solutions.\n\nDevelop scalable frameworks and repeatable playbooks that can be applied across the organization.\n\nEnsure AI and automation initiatives align with healthcare privacy, security, compliance, and organizational requirements.\n\nExercise sound judgment when working with PHI, ePHI, credentials, and sensitive business information.\n\nPartner with Privacy, Security, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to support responsible AI adoption and risk management.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading operational improvement, business transformation, AI, automation, product operations, consulting, implementation, or change management initiatives.\n\nProven experience owning complex business problems from discovery through implementation and measurable results.\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies in a business environment.\n\nStrong business acumen with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions.\n\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.\n\nHealthcare, HIPAA, or other regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\nExperience with AI, automation, low-code, workflow, or productivity platforms.\n\nExcellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.\n\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving organizational change.\n\nWhy Choose Silverado?\nFortune Magazine Best Workplaces in Aging Services list\nCertified as a Great Place to Work®\nOpportunity to help shape Silverado's AI and innovation strategy\n\nAnticipated pay range\n$150,000—$155,000 USD\nSilverado offers the following benefits to eligible employees: \n401(k) matching\nHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nPaid time off\nTuition reimbursement and professional development assistance \nReferral program\nOther amazing benefits such as Pet Insurance, Auto and Home Insurance and Discount Programs!\n* Silverado does not accept candidates from outside recruiters or agencies for this role. *\nCalifornia Employees: For roles requiring driving, the driving requirement has been deemed essential to the performance of this role due to specific business necessity.
