We’re hiring a receptionist - a warm, organized, and service-oriented team member who helps create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests. This role blends professionalism, empathy, and multitasking to support our community’s front desk operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
- Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
- Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Schedule: Full Time, NOC shift, Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday, 10:00pm - 6:00am
Anticipated pay range
$20—$22 USD
