Our Family Advisors are at the heart of that journey, serving as trusted partners who listen, understand each family's unique needs, and help them confidently find the right senior living and care options.\n\nThis is a work-from-home opportunity.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver community referrals that match care seeker inquiries\n\nCommunicate proactively with partner communities to prepare them for incoming referrals and ensure they are equipped to engage effectively\n\nSupport Family Advisors by managing tour coordination with community partners and care seekers\n\nMonitor and address barriers to tour completion, working collaboratively with internal teams and community partners\n\nWork closely with Family Advisors, community partners, and internal stakeholders to align goals and share insights\n\nParticipate in pilot testing and feedback loops to validate and refine the FC model with the aim of increasing successful tours and placements\n\nIdeal Family Coordinators will have:\nStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills\n\nComfort level in following communication guidelines on the phone\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\n\nComfort with the unknown and able to shift gears quickly as procedures change according to evolving business needs and performance data\n\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\n\nA continuous improvement mindset\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\n3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, business operations, or sales\n\nProblem-Solving Skills\n\nAbility to deliver results in an independent telecommute environment\n\nIndustry Knowledge and/or past history of senior care industry experience is preferred\n\nComputer Proficiency:\nHigh computer literacy, including proficiency Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and ability to navigate a multi-window workstation with ease\n\nFamiliarity with navigating a CRM;
