The team builds access protection features, like agents that run in real time when access is requested and make a decision, or background agents that continuously analyze the organization's environment, as well as the infrastructure that powers them.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and own the core AI platform consumed across the company\nBuild AI-powered features end-to-end, from real-time access decisions to background analysis agents\nOwn the full lifecycle: research emerging models and frameworks, build evaluation harnesses, and make the reliability, latency, and cost tradeoffs that decide what ships\nDrive your work end-to-end, partnering with product, engineering, and other teams across the company as needed to make things happen\nSet technical direction and architecture for a new team, establishing the patterns and infrastructure other teams will build on\nArchitect and build a company-wide initiative on a clean slate, setting the standards from day one\nRequirements\n7+ years of backend software development experience, including designing and owning production systems end-to-end\nThe team works primarily in TypeScript/Node.js.
