If you love creating high-quality visuals, enjoy working with cutting-edge AI design tools, and thrive in an environment where speed and precision matter, this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and refine prompts for AI creative tools to generate concepts, variations, and production-ready assets.\n\nBuild prompt libraries and reusable frameworks for consistent output across brands and markets.\n\nOptimise prompting techniques to control style, composition, lighting, typography, colour, and visual fidelity.\n\nTranslate briefs into structured prompts that accelerate exploration and reduce manual design time.\n\nContinuously test new models and prompting strategies to enhance quality, speed, and scalability.\n\nDevelop ideas that directly address the communication objectives in the brief\n\nGenerate campaign concepts and visual directions using AI-assisted tools.\n\nProduce layouts, compositions, motion assets, typography systems, and multichannel designs.\n\nTranslate brand direction into high-quality visual executions across all markets.\n\nAdapt assets across sizes, formats, and regions using AI-enabledworkflows.\n\nDeliver assets in alignment with SLA timelines and quality standards.\n\nBuild scalable templates in Figma, Storyteq, and other tools for marketing self-serve workflows\n\nMaintain centralised templates, component libraries, and creative toolkits.\n\nSupport the evolution of the design system with reusable, production-ready components.\n\nExperiment with and implement new AI creative tools to improve speed and quality.\n\nIntegrate automation and AI workflows to reduce manual effort and increase throughput\n\nCollaborate with the Design Team Lead to maintain craft standards and brand consistency.\n\nRequirements\nDemonstrated skills in creative development and ideation, supported by a strong portfolio of work.\n\nAbility to understand a design brief, challenge it when appropriate, and translate it into a clear design direction that’s justifiable.\n\nStrong background in digital design or motion graphics, with polished visual craft.\n\nExcellent Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, templates, and multi-market frameworks.\n\nExperience with modern AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Weavy, Krea, Runway).\n\nAbility to build and maintain production-ready templates across languages, channels, and formats.\n\nCurious about cultural nuances and how to design effectively for different markets.\n\nComfortable working in a fast, high-volume environment where accuracy and speed matter.\n\nStrong eye for brand consistency, detail, and visual storytelling.\n\nCurious about new tools and workflows that push creative output forward.\n\nThe above duties provide a generic description of the Employee’s day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
