If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love turning ideas into high- quality creative work, and know how to leverage AI to accelerate delivery without sacrificing craft, this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and mentor a team of creative designers and Gen AI content specialists.\n\nSet clear standards for visual and written craft, consistency, and excellence.\n\nGuide the team through ideation, concept development, execution, and delivery.\n\nBuild a culture of experimentation, critique, continuous learning, and high performance.\n\nDefine workflows, quality bars, and delivery expectations across all creative outputs.\n\nDevelop ideas that directly address the communication objectives in\nthe brief.\n\nLead the creation of campaign concepts, key visuals, and overarching creative directions\n\nEnsure all visual outputs align with brand strategy, tone, and market context.\n\nOversee layouts, compositions, typography systems, and multichannel design assets.\n\nEnsure assets are delivered at scale, on time, and to a consistently high standard\n\nLead the team in using AI tools for rapid concepting, asset creation, and visual exploration.\n\nDefine and refine prompt frameworks across both visual and written creative.\n\nOptimise AI workflows for style, fidelity, typography, lighting, tone, and regional nuances.\n\nDrive automation, templating, and smart tool adoption to reduce repetitive production work\n\nKeep the team ahead of emerging AI creative models, tools, and best practices\n\nOversee creation of scalable templates in Figma, Storyteq, and related tools.\n\nMaintain shared component libraries, creative systems, and reusable design toolkits.\n\nSupport marketing self-serve workflows through well-structured, production-ready templates.\n\nContinuously evolve the creative system to improve speed, quality, and consistency.\n\nManage two Gen AI Content Specialists responsible for generating AI-assisted copy, localisation, and content QA.\n\nEnsure alignment between creative direction, written content, and market requirements.\n\nIntegrate visual and content workflows to support consistent messaging across all languages and channels.\n\nSupport scalable localisation processes, content governance, and tone-of-voice consistency.\n\nEnsure both design and content teams work from shared systems, templates, and standards\n\nPartner with Brand to maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity.\n\nWork closely with Marketing and CRM to support campaign delivery and creative experimentation.\n\nCollaborate with Product where creative alignment is needed for in- product visuals or copy.\n\nMaintain tight alignment with the Design Team Lead on standards, strategy, and workflows.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience in creative design, visual storytelling, and concept development.\n\nA strong portfolio showcasing digital design, campaigns, and multi- market execution.\n\nExperience leading and developing a design or creative team.\n\nAbility to interpret a brief, challenge assumptions, and define strong\ncreative direction.\n\nExcellent Figma skills: components, auto-layout, templates, scalablesystems.\n\nExperience with modern AI creative tools (Midjourney, Weavy, Krea, Runway, etc.).\n\nAbility to build production-ready templates for multi-market and\nmultichannel needs.\n\nCuriosity about cultural nuance and designing effectively for different regions.\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.\n\nStrong eye for brand consistency, detail, composition, and polished visual craft.\n\nEnthusiasm for exploring new tools, workflows, and AI-driven creative methods\n\nThe above duties provide a generic description of the Employee’s day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
