\nMatch invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets\nEnsure compliance with purchasing procedures\nVendor setup\nReconcile vendor statements & respond to vendor inquiries\nResearch accrued items not matched to an invoice\nAssist in monthly closings\nQualifications Required:\nWilling to undergo a credit check\nHard-working and dependable\nAttention to detail\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or state-accepted equivalent required (some college a plus)\nGeneral understanding of accounting principles (2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred)\nProficiency in MS Word and Excel\nAbility to learn industry-specific software\nExperience with ERP software a plus \nPhysical Demands\nIn a typical work setting, people in this job:\nStand/sit for long periods of time.\nLift 20 pounds on occasion\nUse hands/fingers to type and move office objects\nHear sounds and recognize the difference between them\nSee details of objects that are less than a few feet away and far
