patches, and configuration changes.\n\nDocument processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.\n\nProvide training and support to end-users as needed.\n\nRequirements:\nDegree/Diploma/ITE in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support, with a focus on Windows environments.\n\nProfessional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Client, MCSA or CompTIA are a plus.\n\nStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems, deployment automation, and remote management tools.\n\nExperience with IT inventory management and asset tracking.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a
