This position is responsible for day to day robot prep, inbound and outbound shipment management, inventory control, robot movement tracking and other warehouse tasks to support the operations.\nThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience using Jira for project & asset tracking, workflow management, and issue resolution, along with a strong background in logistics, and warehouse operations.\n Candidate must currently reside locally; this is not a remote-eligible role.\nKey Responsibilities\nWarehouse work\nRobot refurbishing and shipment preparation, including but not limited to, light painting, cleaning, and boxing the robot and charger.\nSpare Part Inventory management, cycle counts, audits and reporting.\nPhysically moving robots, boxes and inventory as needed.\nJira System Updates and Shipment Management\nTrack robot SWAPs with our Logistics partners (mainly Aeronet), update Jira and the Robot Movement Tracker report.\nCoordinate broken robot deliveries with Aeronet to the Repair Center in St Peters, MO.\nTrack the return of parts via Fedex and update inventory accordingly.\nAssist with month end reconciliation. \nEnsure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives\nRecommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost savings.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred\n2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.\n2-3 years of hands-on experience using Jira\nStrong knowledge of inventory management\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management
