The mandate is to build a unified, enterprise-grade robotics and intelligence platform that performs reliably across thousands of real-world retail environments.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn engineering strategy, execution, and delivery across hardware and software domains\nDrive architectural alignment across mechanical, electrical, embedded, AI, cloud, and data systems\nEstablish scalable engineering processes, quality standards, and release discipline\nEnsure production readiness, field reliability, and measurable system performance for Tier 1 B2B customers\nPartner closely with Product, Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations to align engineering priorities with revenue growth and customer outcomes\nBalance near-term delivery commitments with long-term technical innovation\nBuild and develop high-performing, cross-disciplinary engineering leaders\nAdvance Simbe’s leadership in robotics, computer vision, AI, and cloud-based retail intelligence\nWhat we are looking for:\nProven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering organizations delivering deployed robotic or IoT systems at scale\nDirect oversight of both hardware and software teams\nStrong
