You'll work closely with product, security, and AI engineering teams to ensure the\nplatform keeps pace with a rapidly evolving product. \nWhat You'll Do \nPlatform Engineering \n- Design and build multi-tenant platform capabilities that securely isolate and serve multiple enterprise\ncustomers at scale. \n- Implement and evolve RBAC and access-control systems across the platform. \n- Own platform features end-to-end - from architecture and implementation through deployment,\nmonitoring, and iteration in production. \n- Build for reliability, observability, and maintainability from the start. \nDelivery & Release Quality \n- Ship on a regular release cadence; keep delivery predictable and visible to the team. \n- Maintain high code quality: participate actively in design reviews, hold the bar in code reviews, and\nwrite well-tested code. \n- Partner with the SDET on testability - ensure new features are built in ways that make automated testing\nstraightforward. \n- Identify and reduce sources of unpredictability in the release process \nCloud & Infrastructure \n- Build and deploy services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes. \n- Work with CI/CD pipelines to make deployments reliable and fast. \n- Design systems with strong observability, traceability, and monitoring so failures are easy to detect and\ndebug. \nCross-functional Collaboration \n- Work across a full-stack web codebase; contribute on both backend and frontend where needed. \n- Partner with product, AI engineering, and security teams to turn platform requirements into working\nsystems. \n- Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform evolves and scales.\nRequirements\nYou Might Be a Good Fit If You \n- Have 6-10 years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record in backend or full-stack\nplatform development. \n- Have built multi-tenant or SaaS platforms before and understand the tradeoffs involved in getting\nisolation, performance, and access control rights. \n- Care about delivery as much as design - you ship consistently and hold yourself accountable for the\nteam's cadence. \n- Raise the engineering bar naturally: you give useful code review feedback, flag design issues early, and\nwrite code others can build on. \n- Are comfortable operating with autonomy - scoping work, making tradeoffs, and driving execution\nwithout needing detailed specs. \n- Enjoy working across a codebase and collaborating closely with teammates across disciplines. \nMust Have \n- 6-10 years of professional software engineering experience. \n- Strong backend development experience, preferably with Python; full-stack experience a plus. \n- Proven experience building multi-tenant or SaaS platforms at scale. \n- Hands-on experience with RBAC or similar access-control systems. \n- Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes. \n- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and backend architecture. \n- Ownership mindset and ability to drive features from zero to production. - Strong instincts around code quality, testability, and engineering practices. \nBonus / Great to Have \n- Experience with security products - SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, or similar enterprise security platforms. \n- Experience working with LLM-powered or agentic systems. \n- Frontend experience with React. \n- Experience with agent observability, tracing, or production monitoring. \n- Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field;
