The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, SLA management, project execution, client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The Delivery Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for successful delivery while ensuring complete transparency, process discipline, and customer satisfaction.Key\nResponsibilities Manage end-to-end L1/L2 support operations for live Kinaxis customers. Own SLA performance, ticket lifecycle management, and service governance. Lead Kinaxis implementation projects from planning through go-live. Manage project plans, RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and milestones. Conduct daily project reviews and publish weekly client status reports. Act as the primary client interface for all delivery communications. Track project effort against contracted scope and maintain delivery transparency. Lead, coach, and mentor delivery teams. Drive continuous process improvements and governance. Utilize AI tools and automation to improve reporting, analysis, and delivery efficiency. Requirements 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting project delivery. Minimum 5 years in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Service Management leadership roles. Experience managing SLA-based AMS/Support engagements. Experience managing full lifecycle implementation projects. Exposure to Supply Chain Planning solutions; Kinaxis experience preferred. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Zoho Projects or equivalent. Strong knowledge of ITSM processes. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Highly organized with excellent planning and execution capabilities. Familiarity with AI productivity tools and automation.
