Consulting Solution Architects ensure that custom client requirements are shaped and delivered with strong domain integrity, consistency, and alignment with SimCorp’s delivery methodologies (Compass) and the SimCorp One solution.\nYou will:\nInfluence key architectural decisions in strategic and complex consulting projects\n\nStrengthen our consulting methodologies and enablement efforts\n\nContribute to the evolution of consulting solution best practices and patterns\n\nOur new Consulting Solution Architects bring deep domain experience within the scope of the Data Management Sub-Service Line and the consulting skills needed to act as trusted advisors to internal and external clients.\nThis is a global position, with potential locations across SimCorp offices worldwide. The role reports to the Global Practice Lead.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nGlobal Practice Ownership\nOwn the Global consulting practice within your domain. This includes ownership of the global consulting artifacts for your domain.\n\nContribute with structured feedback into standards evolution.\n\nShape and define our consulting practice within your domain.\n\nSupport the enablement of consultants to deliver custom client solutions with high quality, consistency, and aligned with the SimCorp One solution.\n\nScoping & Advisory\nLead or support domain-specific consulting scoping during sales and early project phases for complex and strategic consulting engagements\n\nAct as the key advisor for solution options and custom feasibility\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Engagement Leads, Product Management, and Value Streams\n\nDefine and validate custom architecture and design in complex and strategic client projects\n\nEnsure custom build quality and provide ongoing design assurance\n\nResolve domain-specific challenges in collaboration with consulting, value streams, and product teams\n\nKnowledge Enablement\nDocument and disseminate domain knowledge and best practices\n\nSupport onboarding and capability building within Consulting\n\nCollaborate on cross-functional learning initiatives\n\nCollaboration & Influence\nWork closely with Product Management, Value Streams, and project teams\n\nRepresent your domain in discussions on solution direction and domain challenges\n\nInterface with clients, including senior stakeholders, on custom solution matters\n\nMentoring & Community Leadership\nCoach consultants and aspiring architects\n\nHelp grow solutioning maturity within Consulting\n\nInfluence cross-domain architecture discussions and knowledge sharing\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to excel at several of the following skills and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.\nRelevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a relevant Business degree\n\nAt least 7+ years of proven experience designing and implementing SimCorp Dimension solutions\n\nDeep business knowledge within the Data Management domain. Experience with the SimCorp Data Management Core solution and the SimCorp Data Management Service is a plus.\n\nUnderstanding of our clients’ general business processes and operating model\n\nInternational experience and global mindset\n\nHave been involved in several SimCorp Dimension implementations from the early stages of the project\n\nAbility to build relationships, drive discussions and impact stakeholders when required\n\nEngagement in partnering with various parts of the SimCorp organization\n\nProactiveness, creativeness and commercial mindedness with a global perspective\n\nProficiency in English\n\nBENEFITS\nSimCorp offers several benefits that might play a significant factor in considering whether to accept a job offer.
