These teams ensure high availability, performance, and operational excellence across our Azure-hosted SaaS platforms, supporting both onboarding and running client environments.\nYou will focus on creating an environment where engineers can thrive, deliver reliably, and continuously improve our infrastructure. This includes hiring, coaching, technical guidance, and collaboration with product and engineering leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and observable systems aligned with SRE and ITIL principles.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nLead 1-2 teams of SREs responsible for Azure-based infrastructure and client platform operations\n\nPartner with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align SRE capabilities with product outcomes\n\nAct as a people manager, responsible for hiring, performance development, 1:1s, and career growth\n\nGuide teams through both short-term delivery cycles (sprints) and long-term infrastructure evolution\n\nFoster a healthy, inclusive, and productive engineering culture\n\nSupport your teams in resolving technical challenges, collaborating on system design and automation\n\nPromote security best practices, reliability goals (SLOs/SLIs), and cross-team consistency\n\nPartner with other engineering managers and tech leads to define and deliver shared platform capabilities\n\nChampion operational excellence by setting and tracking relevant SRE metrics and KPIs\n\nServe as a servant leader, enabling your team’s success and coaching for growth\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nYou are an engineer at heart, focused on enabling others to deliver operational excellence\n\nYou bring 2-4 years of leadership experience and build followership\n\nYou are fluent in core SRE practices (monitoring, automation, CI/CD, incident response, IaC)\n\nYou have experience working in or managing teams using Microsoft Azure\n\nYou’re familiar with ITIL processes, especially incident and problem management\n\nYou know what “good” looks like and are comfortable with incremental progress over perfection\n\nYou share our values: Caring, Customer Success Driven, Collaboration, Curious, Courageous\n\nBENEFITS\nGlobal hybrid work policy - We ask you to work 2 days a week from the office.
