Engineering Managers are leading these teams, and they are key to our success. We are growing and evolving Investment Book of Record (IBOR), a key element in the long standing success of SimCorp and in particular we are expanding the Transactions area to meet increasing client demand and deliver more outcomes.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nFirst and foremost, you are going to hire and onboard software engineers in Hyderabad, build and nurture engineering teams, thereby be the driver in our quest to scale up our engineering capacity.\nYou are the leader of 1-2 teams of Software Engineers with responsibility for growing and upskilling your team through 1:1s, feedback, mentoring, coaching, and goal setting\nYou have responsibility for both the short-term deliverables in the sprints and the long-term improvements of your team(s)\nYou are responsible for fostering a healthy working environment for your teams\nYou work closely with your peers in both Engineering Management and Product Management to understand and refine the customer outcomes that you and your teams are responsible for delivering\nYou collaborate with other leaders to deliver cross area initiatives, and to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency where needed\nYou understand and define relevant engineering metrics to gain insight into your team’s performance and to help drive improvement\nYou are responsible for the planning and the delivery of the outcomes of your teams\nWHAT WE VALUE\nExperience with engineer recruitment and building engineering teams\nOverall 10+ years of experience, including:5+ years of software engineering experience. Especially into .Net Technologies\n0-5 years of (people, process, technical) leadership experience.\n\nKnowledge and experience with AI, with the purpose of improving efficiency\nExperience from a workplace that produces financial software, uses investment management software, has a global workforce, and distributed teams\nPersonal accountability and initiative.
