You will collaborate with colleagues from Ukraine, Poland, Denmark and Germany, while gaining deep expertise in applied finance and modern software engineering practices.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nAs a Lead Developer, you will:\nProvide technical leadership in design, development, and testing.\nDefine and own test architecture and quality strategy at team level.\nBalance active coding (C#, Angular, APL) with guiding automation initiatives\nDrive adoption of automation-first practices across the team.\nEnsure high-quality delivery by monitoring coverage, test metrics, and quality KPIs.\nMentor and coach engineers in development, automation, and testing skills.\nRepresent QA Dev combined approach in cross-team forums.\nCollaborate with stakeholders (POs, TLs, architects) to align technical and quality goals.\nConduct in-depth root cause analysis for complex defects and ensure preventive actions\nAdvocate for and implement improvements in tools, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering processes.\nContinuously assessing and improving engineering processes, recommending new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and software quality\nRepresent the team in technical forums and contribute to cross-team knowledge exchange.\nYour qualifications\nWe are looking for an experienced engineer with well-developed technical and collaborative skills\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.\n\n6 - 8 years of experience in software engineering with combined Dev QA responsibilities.\n\nExpertise in .NET / C# and working knowledge of Angular.\n\nKnown for impactful leadership, resulting in improved efficiency and project success among engineering teams\n\nExtensive background in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy\n\nSolid experience in architecting and developing enterprise-scale applications.\n\nExtensive knowledge of Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures (Microsoft Azure experience)\n\nDeep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps).\n\nThorough understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design\n\nFamiliarity with XP practices (TDD, pair programming, continuous integration).\n\nExperience with relational databases (SQL).\n\nReadiness to learn APL, developing new features and debugging existing functionality, with full support from our team throughout the learning process.\n\nProficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken\n\nAbility to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery\n\nNICE TO HAVE\n•Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.\n•Background in FinTech or capital markets.\n•Knowledge and experience in the financial domain, fintech, derivatives (options, futures, swaps, etc.) is an advantage.\nBENEFITS\nCompetitive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
