We’re looking for Lead Automation Tester to join our Warsaw team in the Testing Services Delivery Unit - cross-located teams that deliver high-quality testing services embedded in Configuration and Upgrade projects within Global Managed Services.\nIn this role, you will investigate complex business requirements, design and execute test cases, and support incident management and reporting of test results.\nWHAT WE VALUE\n5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation\nPractical programming experience, primarily in C# or strong tech-savviness \nScripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell)\nStrong knowledge of UI and Web API test automation frameworks\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman and Insomnia\nExperience with version control workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews (Git)\nUnderstanding BDD principles and ability to write and maintain test scenarios (Gherkin, SpecFlow/Reqnroll)\nHands-on experience using regular expressions (Regex) for test data validation, pattern matching, and log analysis\nPractical knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) \nStrong analytical judgment and translating complexity into clear direction \nOpenness for collaboration and knowledge-sharing \nFocusing on continuous improvement with a growth-oriented, forward-looking mindset\nAdapting easily to change and operates with flexibility in dynamic environments \nCommunicating with clarity, authority, and strong consulting presence \nExperience working in an Agile environment with Agile project management tools. \nDomain knowledge in investment banking and accounting highly welcome\nEducational background in Computer Science, STEM, Finance, or a related field\nFluency in English (min.
