We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered.\nIf you like what we’re saying, keep reading!\nWhy this is important to us\nThe Lead Solution Consultant is a senior individual contributor within the DMS Value Stream, responsible for leading the delivery of complex solutions that meet Standard Guild design and client needs.\nThe Lead Solution Consultant applies deep domain and technical expertise to drive high-quality solution outcomes, manage mid- to large-scale initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across projects and Value Streams\nWhat you will be responsible for,\nLead Solution Build and Delivery: Own end-to-end solution build for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements, Standard Guild designs, and delivery best practices.\nProvide Advanced Analysis and Guidance: Translate complex solution designs into robust solution architectures, solution designs, and delivery plans.\nDrive Project Execution: Lead solution workstreams within projects, coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.\nEngage with Stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving ambiguities.\nEnsure Quality and Consistency: Review solution designs, build items, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and long-term maintainability.\nInvestigate and resolve complex solution and operational issues: Lead analysis and resolution of complex solution or operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption and sustainable fixes.\nMentor and Support Colleagues: Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior consultants and solution specialists, building team capability.\nDrive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance solution delivery methods, tools, and reusable assets.\nType of Work This Role Engages With\nComplex Solution Build: Lead the build of scalable, maintainable solutions across SimCorp standard and client contexts.\nDelivery Leadership: Drive build, testing, and deployment activities for complex solutions.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, Product Management, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end solution success.\nClient and Stakeholder Advisory: Support clients and internal stakeholders with practical advice on standard solutions and impacts.\nOperational Excellence Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives that improve delivery efficiency, quality, and consistency across Value Streams.\nKnowledge and Asset Development: Create and maintain solution documentation, templates, and best practices for scalability.\nChange and Adoption Support: Ensure solutions are effectively adopted by users through clear documentation, training support, and transition planning.\nWhat we value,\n5+ years of relevant experience in SimCorp Dimension / senior implementation expert, owning cross-domain (front-to-back) designs & configurations\nPrior client-facing experience in business consulting and leading front-to-back solution discussions\nInterest in leveraging AI tools to improve our ways of working\nFunctional knowledge of SimCorp Dimension or Data Management Core (formerly Gain) or Accounting & Operations domain expertise (instrument creation and lifecycle (exchange-listed and OTCs), pricing and valuation processes, trade processing, corporate actions, asset servicing, ESG investing and Alternative investments)\nComfort using Azure DevOps to manage and trace scope (epics/features) and decisions to delivery outcomes. \nEnd-to-end value stream impact analysis, Fit-to-standard workshop facilitation & solution governance across value streams\nTools & technology: MS Office Suite, SQL, XML/ FpML, Azure DevOps, SimCorp Dimension, Data Managmenent Core (Gain)\nOther requirements\nAPAC with flexibility in EMEA hours (depending on business needs)\nHybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office)\nBENEFITS\nGlobal hybrid work policy - We ask you to work 2 days a week from the office.
