This role involves leading a team in processing, settling, reconciling, and measuring investment transactions, ensuring that all operations are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with industry regulations. With typically 5+ years of experience, the Lead Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing workflows, identifying operational risks, and providing insights into investment performance, while mentoring and supporting junior team members.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nLead the processing, settlement, and reconciliation of investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data integrity and seamless integration of investment data across systems\n\nOversee the performance of investment operations and drive improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase operational efficiency\n\nProvide guidance and support to junior analysts, ensuring they meet operational goals and maintain high performance standards\n\nDevelop and maintain reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement\n\nMonitor and resolve discrepancies in investment data, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken to minimize disruption\n\nAct as a liaison between the investment operations team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business objectives\n\nAssist with the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance operational capabilities and improve system performance\n\nStay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring investment operations remain compliant and competitive\n\nProvide recommendations to senior leadership on operational improvements, risks, and best practices\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nOverseeing and optimizing the daily operations of investment activities, including trade processing and reconciliation\n\nMentoring junior team members and ensuring high standards of performance\n\nAnalyzing operational performance and providing actionable insights for improvements\n\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and operational efficiency\n\nResolving discrepancies in investment data and ensuring compliance with regulations\n\nImplementing new tools and technologies to enhance investment operations and efficiency\n\nOthers:\nFlexible working hours and working mode (APAC and EMEA)\n\nHybrid work arrangement - 2x/week\n\nBENEFITS:\nAttractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
