The AI Platform team owns that foundation: a compliant, standardized, secure, and user-friendly agentic ecosystem that domain teams can leverage when building their AI features.\nThe team's recent deliveries and current focus include preparing Agent Orchestrator and SimCorp One Neo for production, publishing the Agent Development Stack, implementing evaluation, trust, safety and guardrails, progressing multi-agent orchestration, and exploring MCP for SimCorp One APIs.\nYou will be working with a team located in Noida/Hyderabad in India and Copenhagen, Denmark. The Product Development team functions as a center of enablement for artificial intelligence (AI), providing knowledge and guidelines to other teams, as well as working hands on implementing and operating solutions with AI.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nThe Lead Software Engineer (DevOps) at SimCorp, at the IC5 grade, is responsible for\nDevOps best practices and the Azure cloud ecosystem for AI enabled software solutions. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on engineering, architectural thinking, and leadership to ensure both immediate delivery and long-term sustainability. You will be part of a scrum team working closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders. The Lead Software Engineer takes ownership of key engineering projects, provides technical guidance to junior engineers, and ensures that software is delivered on time and within scope. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, expertise in software engineering practices, and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.\nWe work team-based, so your primary responsibility is as a team member. You need to make sure the team delivers on its commitments, that it’s a good place to work for you and your teammates, and that it continuously improves.\nDaily tasks are for example:\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure, CI/CD process and monitoring for AI solutions developed using C#, .Net and Azure.\nGoing from proof-of-concepts to high quality, production ready solutions.\nLead the design and development of DevOps solutions and infrastructure ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment\nCollaborate with product management, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high-quality solutions that are scalable, reliable, and performant\nEnsure adherence to Devops best practices, including industry standards, testing, and documentation\nTake ownership of key features and components, driving their design and implementation from concept to delivery\nContinuously assess and improve engineering processes, AI advancements, automation, recommending new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and software quality\nParticipate in code reviews, ensuring that the team follows best practices and maintains high standards for azure infrastructure and pipelines.\nWHAT WE VALUE\nMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above.\n7+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps.\nDeep understanding of modern CI/CD, industry best practices and tooling\nSound understanding of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, pipelines, scalability and architecture\nExperience deploying solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, model versioning & quota mgmt.\nExperience with RAG pipelines (Azure AI Search, embedding pipelines, indexing jobs)\nExposure to Agentic frameworks (MAF, MCP/A2A plugins, etc)\nObservability design (App Insights/Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry) and incident response\nGood understanding of Managed Identity first, Key Vault integration, secure network boundaries, Azure Policy, RBAC, networking, private endpoints\nSolid experience of Azure Bicep, PowerShell scripts and Yaml for IaC.\nUnderstanding of data governance (PII, tenant isolation) for AI workloads\nAs a person, you have the following traits:\nTaking ownership.
