This role plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy, supporting migration efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold data governance standards.\nWhat you will be Responsible for:\nDrive master data clean up within Workday\nSetup operating model and maintain and update master data records in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other relevant systems.\nAssist in master data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.\nPerform regular data audits and validations to ensure consistency and compliance.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data processes.\nSupport the implementation of data governance policies and procedures.\nTrack and report on data quality metrics and project milestones.\nProvide support and training to junior team members and business users on master data processes.\nDocument processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat We Value:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in master data management in a finance or shared services environment.\nProficient in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other ERP/CRM systems.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing).\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.\nExperience in supplier, customer, cost center, and materials master data domains\nPossesses skills in critical thinking and resolving issues efficiently.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.\nFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologies.\nExperience with data visualization or reporting tools.\nOther Requirements:\nFlexible schedule - EMEA hours \n2x a week RTO \nBENEFITS:\nAttractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
