The role requires expertise across the full trade lifecycle and Investment Accounting Operations. This role suits someone who can deliver high-quality work efficiently in an active work setting. A keen interest in learning and using technology will support you in this role\nWhile continuing to deliver client value, we believe it is vital to consider our people and our planet in every business decision we make\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nAction daily tasks and monitor the workflow of processes such as: \nInvestigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and issues\nPreparing monthly reports\nMonitoring email box and replying on the emails in a timely manner\nPerforming postings of cash adjustment in the system\nConducting daily reconciliation of Cash, Trades and Positions on Client accounts\nCoordinate with third-party managers, counterparties, clients, and custodians to resolve operational issues\nMaintain procedures and ongoing training \nManage all administrative activities and contribute to reports to management \nKnowledge and adherence to service delivery against SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) \nIndependent investigation of complex cases with custodians \nWhat we value:\nThorough understanding of reconciliations \nSignificant experience in working within a buy-side or outsourced Operations team \nUnderstanding of claims procedures. \nA Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience \nA good level of knowledge of Capital Market products \nFamiliarity with diverse security types and the investment industry \nEnhanced communication with good verbal and written skills (English Language) \nAdvanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word &Excel) \nKnowledge of databases and SQL\nWell-developed analytical skills and a solid understanding of processes\nBusiness Analyst, project or onboarding experience is an advantage \nBenefits\nFlexible working hours \nSharing the costs of private medical care \nSharing the costs of sports activities (Multisport Card) \nPossibility to develop your career in an international environment \nProfessional training and courses \nGerman and English language classes \nIntegration events and charity projects \nNext Steps\nPlease send us your application in English via our career site as soon as possible, we process incoming applications continually.
