We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support our Middle Office Operations team, who has a broad understanding of all Investment Operations functions. The role requires expertise across the full trade lifecycle and Investment Accounting Operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high-quality and timely delivery\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nAction daily tasks and monitor the workflow of processes such as:\nTransaction data received from;\nClients\n\n3rd party Manager\n\nCustodian\n\nTrade Lifecycle Management (Confirmation through to Settlement)\n\nMonitor, investigate and resolve transaction booking exceptions\nTrades (FI, FX, Equity, Money Market, Derivatives, Private Debt, SPVs, Real Estate)\n\nEvents Lifecycle management\n\nCorporate Actions, Coupons, Dividends, Derivative lifecycle\n\nReconciliations (Platform vs. Custodian and other 3rd Parties)\nCash\n\nPosition & Transactions\n\nReporting\n\nLiaise with 3rd Party Managers, Counterparties, Clients and Custodians to resolve operational issues\n\nResponding to client queries / requirements\n\nParticipating in client on-boarding, testing and service development\n\nIdentify continuous service development\n\nMaintain procedures\n\nMaintain ongoing training\n\nManage all administrative activities and contribute to reports to management\n\nKnowledge and adherence to service delivery against SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)\n\nParticipate in Client internal and external audits\n\nWHAT WE VALUE:\n3-5 years of experience working within a buy-side or outsourced Operations team, specifically Trade Management, FX, and/or Reconciliations\n\nSimCorp Dimension experience an advantage\n\nPossess good level of knowledge on Capital Market products\n\nFamiliarity of diverse security types and investment industry\n\nProficient in Derivatives product knowledge (OTC pricing, lifecycle) and related areas\n\nExcellent communication with good verbal and written skills (English Language)\n\nAdvanced MS Office tools (Word &Excel)\n\nContinuously improve analytical skills and logical understanding of process\n\nBachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required\n\nOther requirements\nAPAC EMEA shift hours (May change depending on business needs)\n\nHybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office)\n\nBenefits:\nSimCorp offers several benefits that might play a significant factor in considering whether to accept a job offer.
