The competences are primary focused on Reconciliation and Data capture.\nWHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nDaily reconciliation work.\nParticipate in projects aimed at operational improvements or client onboardings\nEnsure oversight into application functionality and testing efforts including the preparation and completion of testing.\nUpdate and maintain business procedures within the team\nIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes\nSupport development and implementation of new workflows and ensure adoption.\nWHAT WE VALUE\nMore than 3 years of experience working in the investment industry\nProfound understanding of one or more back-office functions, such as Trade Processing, Settlement, Reconciliations and Asset Servicing.\nProficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language)\nProblem-solving skills to identify problems, analyze them, and propose solutions.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.\nInterpersonal skills to be able to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders\nBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required\nBENEFITS\nCompetitive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
