This role is the senior execution owner of that journey - leading implementation, embedding control ownership across business functions, and leading the shift toward AI-enabled assurance.\nThis is a change role as much as a controls role. You thrive in environments that are still being shaped, and you bring the seniority and credibility to take others with you.\nWe are looking for someone who combines senior stakeholder credibility with a self-driving, action-oriented mindset - someone who can shape the agenda, manage their own workload, and genuinely enjoys delivering results.\n\nWhat You Will Be Responsible For:\nICS Implementation & Cycle Ownership\nOwn and drive the ICS implementation roadmap across all in-scope key risk areas\nOperate the annual ICS cycle end-to-end: planning, delivery coordination, effectiveness confirmation, and sign-off \nLead ICS effectiveness monitoring, including spot testing and qualitative review\nStakeholder Enablement & Business Partnering\nAct as the senior ICS business partner to Risk Partners and business functions across the organisation\nDesign and deliver upskilling and enablement initiatives to build control ownership in the first line\nCommunicate with senior stakeholders across departments and leadership levels in a credible way and lead the effort\nSell the value of an effective internal control environment and actively shift the perception of the controls function from oversight to enablement\nAI & Digital Enablement\nLead the delivery of AI use cases in the ICS domain - automated control documentation, execution monitoring, and AI-assisted testing\nDefine and govern how AI and digital tooling enters internal controls work across the organisation\nDrive continuous improvement in assurance methodology and digital ways of working\nPromote a culture of AI adoption and innovation within the team and beyond\nQuality & Reporting\nEnsure ICS deliverables meet governance body requirements and internal quality standards\nSupport senior and executive reporting on internal controls effectiveness\nContribute to material preparation for leadership and supervisory reporting where required\nWhat We Value\nUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification\nSenior GRC, internal controls, or internal audit professional - Big Four or in-house\nDemonstrated senior-level experience implementing internal control systems or risk and control frameworks\nExperience operating in a complex, international, multi-stakeholder environment\nKnowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (COSO, COBIT or equivalent)\nSkills & Capabilities\nSenior stakeholder presence - able to engage, lead, and raise questions at the leadership level across cultures and functions\nAI-capable: demonstrated ability to apply AI and digital tools in a controls or assurance context, with a genuine drive to innovate\nSolid enablement and change management mindset: motvated by maturity journeys, comfortable navigating resistance\nDriven and execution-oriented: able to create structure in ambiguity, move work forward on their own, and balance strategic enablement with hands-on delivery.\nAble to articulate the value of an effective control environment to skeptical audiences\nSkilled at big-picture thinking and clear communication in English, both in writing and speaking\nComfortable working across different cultures and in an international matrix organisation\nProficient in MS Office; experience with GRC tooling an advantage\nBENEFITS\nAttractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
