Why This Role is Important to Us

We are seekinga highly experienced and forward-thinking Principal Software Engineer to join our engineering teamthat builds new generation fintech solution for tradingOTC (Over-the-Counter)financial instruments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fintech and building scalable, high-performance web applications and driving technical excellence across multiple teamssupporting the product. You will play a key role in shaping our architecture, implementing key features and business logic, and leading newly created team that will support one of top strategic initiatives.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leadingthe design and implementation of new web application with robust backend systemsfor proven b2b fintech solution.

• Creatingscalable, maintainable, and secure solution using C# and Angular.

• Driving modernization efforts including refactoring of legacy systems and cloud migration to Azure.

• Collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to plan and execute product roadmaps.

• Leading by example on best practices in software engineering, including clean code, testing, and CI/CD.

• Exploringand adoptingfunctional programming paradigms, either through prior experience or a strong willingness to learn.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology domains.

• Working with product management to refine new features, understanding business needsand creating technical roadmaps for feature implementation.

• Constantly learning and developing yourself, the team, and our product.

Required Skills & Experience

• ExcellentC# and Angular Skills: Proficiencyin both languages for developing frontend and backend of dynamic and responsive web applications.

• GoodAzure Skills: Experience with Azure cloud services and deploymentwith cost optimization focus.

• Some Experience with Functional Programmingor readiness to learn it is a plus: Understanding of one or more functional programming languages (OCaml, Standard ML, F#, Scala, Haskell) is a nice to have for this position.

• Experience with architecture design: proven track of designing and implementing scalable web applicationswith complex backend logic.

• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.

• Familiarity with legacy systems and experience in refactoring and modernization projectsis a plus.

• Interest and ability to work with complex architecturewith a clear focus on simplificationand creating maintainable system

• Demonstrated success in a multinational company focused on digital product developmentis essential to succeed in this position.

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a similar field.
