This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery, integration, and reliability of our cloud-based solutions. As part of a cross-functional agile team, you will combine yourexpertisein software development and IT operations to enhance deployment pipelines, automate infrastructure, andmaintainhigh service availability. You will promote continuous improvement through feedback, monitoring, and collaboration with peers and stakeholders\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:\nDevOps SRE\nAdminister and supportSimCorpData Management and Cloud SaaS environments for internal and external clients.\n\nBuild and manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).\n\nApply OS, database, and infrastructure patches in line with current standards.\n\nConduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with Cloud Services Architects to evaluatenew solutions.\n\nDevelop andmaintainAzure DevOps pipelines to automate builds, deployments, and integrations.\n\nCreate and enhance automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to improve efficiency.\n\nStreamline release and deployment processes for faster, more reliable delivery.\n\nMonitoring, Reliability Incident Management\nImplement monitoring and alerting solutions for Azure services and infrastructure.\n\nManage incidents, problems, and changes in alignment withSREbest practices.\n\nParticipate in disaster recovery and business continuity exercises, including annual VAPT.\n\nEnsure compliance with SOC2 and other regulatory requirements by producing operational metrics and reports.\n\nMaintain strong security and high availability across all environments\n\nCollaboration Communication\nWork closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.\n\nEngage directly with clients to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.\n\nMaintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures.\n\nMentor and share knowledge with junior engineers to support team development.\n\nWhatWe’reLooking For\n5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud operations.\n\nExtensive experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps pipelines, and automation tools\n\nPractical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)\n\nProficiencyin scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.\n\nSolid understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident management.\n\nFamiliarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2).\n\nProficient problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams\n\nProficient communication and client-facing skills\n\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.\n\n5+ years’ Experience managing cloud applications in the financial sector\n\nDemonstrated experience with Azure DevOps and Azure services, including Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Citrix, Oracle Container PDB, Functions, Monitoring, Insights, and Billing\n\nExtensive Windows and Linux server administration skills, along with Oracle administration, PL/SQL, XML, and virtualization (VMware, Citrix)\n\nProficiencyin Azure pipelines, PowerShell, Python, AWS Lambda, and Azure scripting.\n\nExperience with infrastructure creation and application deployment usingTerraform and Ansible.\n\nSkilled in developing CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling.\n\nKnowledge of IT systems administration, IT security operations, and financial data management (reference data, portfolio pricing, corporate actions).\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana.\n\nITIL andITOpsexperience in an agile environment\n\nEffective communication, teamwork, presentation, and listening skills\n\nSkilled analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nThe expectationstoa software engineer’sbehaviouralskills arecentredaround a collaborative mindset of working in teams.
