Ensuring these platforms operate with high availability, effective governance, and continuous improvement requires both deep technical understanding and strategic leadership.\nAs Head of Cloud Operations, you will lead a team responsible for the operational ownership of key platform services including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Identity (Entra ID and Active Directory). Your team provides advanced operational support and acts as subject matter experts for these critical technologies.\nIn this role, you will combine technical insight with leadership to guide the team through complex operational challenges, improve platform reliability, and drive improvements in automation, monitoring, and operational practices.
