With typically 4+ years of experience in investment operations, this role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and providing support for performance analysis. The Senior Operations Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of investment operations, contributing to overall business success.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nSupport the processing, settlement, and reconciliation of investment transactions, ensuring they meet accuracy and regulatory standards\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper integration of investment data across systems\nMonitor investment transactions, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational effectiveness\nIdentify discrepancies in investment data and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly\nAssist in preparing reports on investment operations performance, providing insights on trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement\nAssist with the maintenance and optimization of operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors\nEnsure that investment operations comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices\nParticipate in projects aimed at enhancing investment operations processes, tools, and systems\nSupport audits and other compliance activities by providing required documentation and resolving operational issues\nProvide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting high standards of performance\nWHAT WE VALUE\nSupporting the daily operations related to trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation\nCollaborating with internal teams to integrate investment data and ensure operational efficiency\nIdentifying and resolving discrepancies in investment data\nAnalyzing operational performance and providing actionable insights\nEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies\nContributing to process improvements and optimizing investment operations workflows\nOthers:\nUS Shift\nHybrid work arrangement - 2x/week\nBENEFITS:\nAttractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
