With typically 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field, this role works with minimal supervision to implement and manage infrastructure, monitor systems, and troubleshoot complex issues. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, automate processes, and ensure efficient operations for the delivery of high-quality services.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\nInfrastructure Management: Provisioning, configuring, and managing Azure resources (Virtual Machines, Scale sets, Storage, Netapp, Virtual Networks).\nDeploy, manage, and resolve issues in Kubernetes clusters and workloads while following reliability, scalability, and security best practices.\nSupport the operation and enhancement of mission-critical environments for both new and existing clients\nAlign client requirements to platform capabilities; contribute to platform evolution\nOversee infrastructure deployment pipelines and resolve onboarding and operational issues\nImplement and support scalable, secure, and reliable Azure architectures tailored to business needs.\nConfigure and support third-party software (e.g. IDP, SFTP) in client environments.\nUnderstand concepts of VPN, VNet and Private Link.\nMigrating on-premises infrastructure services to Azure-based solutions.\nExecute Disaster Recovery, configuration management, and infrastructure readiness tasks\nContribute to incident, problem, and change management processes\nDevelop and maintain documentation for system configurations, runbooks, DR procedures, incident management and troubleshooting processes\nShow extensive experience designing and overseeing observability platforms at enterprise scale, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Grafana\nProvide weekend or on-call support as needed\nCollaborate in Agile teams and take part in design discussions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders\nContribute to knowledge sharing within the Product Area\nLeverage a solid foundation in ITIL practices, including problem, change, and incident management\nWHAT WE VALUE\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.\n3+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles\nExpertise with Microsoft Azure exposure is a must\nProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform preferred.
