This role involves end-to-end ownership of the model lifecycle, driving MLOps excellence, enabling cloud-native deployments, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.\nWhat You will Do:\nLead development, optimization, and deployment of ML and GenAI models for real-time, streaming and batch use cases.\nEvaluation and picking LLM and embedding models for various use cases.\nIngestion of structured and unstructured data sources, storing them to vector databases.\nBuild and manage end-to-end agentic workflows for data retrieval, reasoning, and insight generation.\nBuild and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines with Sagemaker, Airflow, or similar platforms.\nCollaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements, ideate, and integrate AI solutions.\nEnhance model accuracy and performance through data quality improvements and analysis.\nDeploy scalable, cloud-native ML workloads on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes.\nMentor junior engineers on ML best practices.\nEvaluate and integrate third-party tools, libraries, and products.\nDevelop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical leadership and stay current with ML advancements. \nWhat You Bring:5+ years of professional experience in Python development and machine learning.\nStrong understanding of MLOps practices and tools.\nExperience deploying ML models in production environments.\nFamiliarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, llamaindex, langchain.\nStrong knowledge of language models, embedding models and vector databases.\nExperience with FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit.\nExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nRelevant certifications such as AWS ML Specialty are a plus.\n About Simeio and What We DoSimeio has over 650 talented employees across the globe.
