As a single contributor reporting directly to the Director of Legal Operations and Procurement, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies across worldwide operations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement and demonstrate a proven ability to drive value, efficiency, and excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage and execute end-to-end procurement activities across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.\nDevelop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency for goods and services procured globally.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for procurement matters.\nConduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions and identify emerging trends and opportunities.\nReview and coordinate procurement agreements in collaboration with the Legal team.\nMonitor supplier performance, manage contract compliance, and resolve any supply chain issues as they arise.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, tools, and outcomes.\nPrepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and cost-saving initiatives to the Director of Legal Operations.\nSupport risk management functions, including due diligence and supplier assessments, to ensure business continuity across global operations.\nWhat You Bring:Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement with international exposure.\nDemonstrated success in strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nStrong communications skills, both orally and in writing, in English is required.\nProficiency in procurement and contract management software is preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions such as Vlookup tables.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize assignments, and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic, global setting.\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nAbout Simeio and What We Do:\nSimeio has over 650 talented employees across the globe.
