The consultant will leverage strong Java development expertise to build custom integrations, workflows, and connectors that enhance governance capabilities and support secure identity lifecycle management across enterprise environments.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including user identity and access lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, and policy enforcement.\nAnalyze and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.\nConfigure and customize IGA platforms according to business and security requirements.\nDesign and implement identity management workflows, access request processes, and automated provisioning and deprovisioning.\nConduct system integrations with enterprise applications, HR systems, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and other business systems.\nDevelop and implement Java-based solutions to support and extend IGA platform capabilities.\nBuild custom connectors and integrations between IGA solutions and enterprise applications using Java frameworks and libraries.\nWrite, test, and maintain Java code to ensure reliable integration and functionality across multiple systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Java-based integrations, connectors, and workflows.\nWork closely with stakeholders to understand identity governance requirements and provide guidance on industry best practices.\nConduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on identity governance, access management, and security practices.\nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for IGA solutions, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and upgrades.\nEnsure IGA solutions adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nCollaborate with security and compliance teams to implement governance controls, access policies, and audit requirements.\nManage multiple implementation projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.\nMentor junior consultants and developers, sharing knowledge and implementation best practices.\nWhat You Bring:\n7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) consulting, implementation, or support.\nStrong experience implementing and supporting enterprise identity governance solutions.\n5+ years of Java development experience focused on backend development and system integrations.\nDeep understanding of identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, entitlement management, and governance controls.\nExperience working with Identity Governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, or similar solutions.\nStrong experience integrating identity solutions with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms.\nProficiency in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE.\nExperience with RESTful APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and third-party system integrations.\nStrong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.\nExperience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with cloud identity and access management solutions.\nKnowledge of scripting technologies such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or BeanShell.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nUnderstanding of access certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD), and identity governance reporting.\nRelevant certifications in Identity and Access Management, Java, Cloud Technologies, or Information Security.\nAbout Simeio and What We Do\nSimeio has over 650 talented employees across the globe.
