You will directly interface with clients, deliver high-quality implementations, and ensure scalable outcomes by leveraging AI capabilities and best practices. This position requires regular travel to client sites in the US.\nMain Responsibilities\nEfficiently and scalably implement use cases following the proposed solution design, leveraging AI to optimize processes and ensure the highest quality standards.\n\nImplement the project scope within agreed timelines, supporting US-based clients from Colombia.\n\nExecute the hours allocated in planning sessions for each project and promptly report deviations to the Project Manager.\n\nEnsure stabilization of implementation logic.\n\nGenerate and maintain clear supporting documentation for implemented processes.\n\nDeliver the use case to the client’s end user by completing and handing off the delivery document.\n\nMust Have\nStrong skills in AI and automation, with the ability to integrate AI solutions in client implementations.\n\nIntermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel.\n\nExcellent mathematical logic skills (entrance test required).\n\nAbility to comprehend customer requirements and integrate them with Simetrik’s best practices.\n\nEffective communication skills, tailored to various client profiles.\n\nStrong cross-team collaboration skills, both with internal and client teams.\n\nAnalytical skills, problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and highly proactive.\n\nSoft skills: ability to research, propose solutions, and guide end users through configuration processes.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel regularly to the US.\n\nNative or fluent English required.\n\nUS Visa valid for the next 3 years.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in reconciliation processes and knowledge of SQL/database logic.\n\nPrevious experience at startups.\n\nFamiliarity with programming languages such as VB or Python.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar position.\n\nProfessional in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable.\n\nBenefits\nWell-funded and proven startup with large ambitions and competitive salaries.\n\nEntrepreneurial culture where pushing limits, creating, and collaborating is an everyday business.\n\nOpen communication with management and company leadership.\n\nSmall, dynamic teams = massive impact.\n\n$500 USD per year for personal learning and development.\n\nSimetrik is an equal opportunity employer.
